Policy for Youth Teams

Does anyone have written down policy for their youth teams or ministry? I am trying to write policy to help direct our youth team and really could use some help.

Question for the group

Hey there all. This is Kari, who created an account to check out the blog and then forgot all about it until I stumbled across it again. Oops. And I see no one has updated since May, so I hope a few people are still checking periodically.

Anyway, lately I've been having parent complaints about lack of communication, which, being me, I took to heart. Then I really thought about it and realized that we send letters, post announcements in bulletins, announce in church, at youth events, and then make follow-up phone calls or leave messages. In short, I'm just not sure what more I can do. My question is; is it common to have people not notice the notices and then complain? And how do you handle it?

Beautiful Savior's New Building 75% Complete

Hi, DCEs!

Just thought I'd show you all a couple of photos of our new building as it enters its final 25% of completion.

The date tentatively selected for our first worship and dedication in Sunday, September 23.

As of now we haven't sold our current facility, but we're trusting in God to give us an answer soon. Maybe He wants us to lease it out or use it for our own ministry space. Whatever happens, He's in control, and we're in it for a wild ride!
